Plot

Jake Harper's parental situation is far from conventional. The 10-year old lives with his dad and his uncle, but the two surprisingly manage to find a good balance in raising Jake. Uncle Charlie owns the house and is a bon vivant with a lot of irresponsible attitudes, while his father Alan is meticulous and needs to be in charge of everything around him. The two brothers' personalities clash regularly, but they discover that they're actually a surprisingly good parenting team. They also discover that they might have more in common — and more to learn from each other — than they would have ever thought.
