Stacked (2005)

The vivacious Skyler Dayton, weary of her relentless whirl of parties and string of unsuitable suitors, seeks refuge and transformation in the quietude of a quaint bookstore, "The Stacks." This cosy literary haven is the labor of love of the Dewitt brothers: Gavin, a divorced cynic who views Skyler as a symbol of the shallow, image-driven society he detests, and Stuart, who is utterly enchanted by Skyler's allure. In a twist that shocks Gavin, Stuart opens the doors of their sanctuary to Skyler, offering her a much-needed job and a chance at a more stable life. This decision, however, doesn't sit well with Katrina, the bookstore's only other employee. Known for her caustic wit and pragmatic outlook, Katrina is far from thrilled about sharing her workspace with the dazzling newcomer. Adding to the eclectic mix is Harold March, the bookstore's loyal patron and the community's retired rocket scientist extraordinaire. "Stacked" is a delightful blend of contrasting personalities and unexpected friendships, all set within the charming backdrop of a family-run bookstore.
