Raised by Wolves (2020)

In a war between atheism and religion, atheism lost. In their final gasp, they sent a pair of androids to an alien planet to raise a new civilization of children unfettered by religion. But the planet is hostile and barren, and the last surviving of the human children is forced to make a decision between a life alone and one among believers of a religion he's been told to hate. The migratory ship of the survivors looms just over the planet. He'll discover that his surrogate mother is much more than she initially appears to be, and she's steadfast in the pursuit of her secret programming.
