Monk (2002)

Adrian Monk may be an incredible detective, but he can be a real pain to work with. The death of Monk's wife resulted in Adrian developing obsessive-compulsive disorder, and it ended up costing him his job. But his talents are too rare to not go to use. He now works as a consultant for the San Francisco police department. And while some on the force are initially skeptical of his reputation, they soon learn that his intuition really is everything it's cut out to be. It turns out that Adrian Monk's obsession with every little detail is an asset in the field.

Monk is a comedy show featuring Tony Shalhoub and created by Andy Breckman.
