Plot
Not only was Luke Cage wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn't commit, but he was also subjected to an unethical experiment that was sabotaged. Fortunately, Luke walked away from the experience with super strength and near invulnerability, and he's not a fugitive hiding out in Harlem. Luke wants nothing more than to keep his head low and stay out of sight, but doing so means turning his back on the new community that's let him in. His attempts to keep the city safe also lead to him unraveling the dark secrets that led him to this situation in the first place.
