Plot
Policeman Sam Tyler is injured in a 2006 accident and wakes up in 1973, where he's still a policeman but methods are very different. As he struggles to adjust to his new life, he continues hearing snippets from his old life where he appears to be hospitalized and struggling to survive. Sam must try to figure out whether the past, the present or both are real and how he can get back to where he belongs.
