Yes Man (2008)

As a loan officer at a bank, Carl Allen is used to saying "no" to people. He's built his entire personality around it: No calling in sick to hang out with friends, no asking the cute girl at the bar for her number and no having any fun at all. One day, he stumbles into a self-help program that encourages him to say "yes" to everything. While Carl is suddenly open to a new world of adventure, he quickly realizes that sometimes "yes" is the worst thing you can say.
