Wrong Turn (2021)

A group of friends from New Jersey have decided to get away from city life and go hiking along the Appalachian Trail. Three couples set out to a small rural Virginia town, but they come across a strange woman and her mute daughter early on their hike. A tragic accident leaves one of them dead, and the rest of them soon find themselves lost and paranoid about what's happening. Soon, one of their own has gone missing and they've discovered a local group named the Foundation. They've spent hundreds of years sequestered in the mountains, and their customs have become utterly inhuman as a result.
