Total Recall (1990)

In the future, a construction worker, Douglas Quaid, is plagued by dreams of a life on Mars even though he lives on Earth. Quaid visits a company called Rekall to have a memory of a false vacation to Mars implanted, but something goes horribly wrong during the procedure. Quaid's reality begins to fracture as nothing and no one in his life appears to be what they seemed any longer. He soon finds that he seems to be at the center of a vast conspiracy and that his life is in danger.
