The Witch (2015)

A man living in New England in 1630 is banished along with the rest of his family due to religious differences with their Puritan congregation. As the family struggles to eke out an existence on the edge of the wilderness, their infant son vanishes while Thomasin, the teenage daughter, is caring for him. The family is increasingly beset with strange and supernatural-seeming occurrences and come increasingly to believe that evil has entered their midst in the form of witchcraft.
