The Salvation (2014)

Jon Jensen has traveled to the United States in the 1870s to make a life for him and his family, but all his hopes and dreams are shattered when his wife and son are murdered shortly after their arrival. Jon gets his revenge on the murderers, but that puts a target on his back for the local land baron, Henry Delarue. Henry's brother was one of Jon's victims, and the townsfolk are too afraid of Delarue's thugs to stand up to him. That means that Jon is on his own when it comes to protecting himself and getting his revenge.
