The Fifth Element (1997)

In the distant future, an evil appears in space and grows larger by the second. This evil force will destroy the Earth unless the residents of the planet can place blocks representing the five elements of the planet in an altar in Egypt. Those elements are destroyed by mercenaries, but can be retrieved by Corbin Dallas. Working with a reconstructed alien, Leeloo, Dallas must recover the stones and fight off the forces that are actively trying to end life on planet Earth.
