The Descent (2005)

One year after a horrible accident, six friends get together to explore the caves of the Appalachian mountains. Trouble comes when one of the caves collapses and they find themselves trapped far underground. Things get much worse when strange, flesh hungry creatures will stop at nothing to hunt them down.
