Love and Monsters (2020)

It's been seven years since monsters wreaked havoc on the world, and Joel Dawson has spent that time hiding underground with the last remnants of humanity. But when he hears a radio message from his long lost crush, he decides that he'd rather pursue love than spend the rest of his life hiding. He leaves the underground behind and sets out to journey across a country that's now occupied by giant and vicious monsters. But finding happiness means crossing nearly a hundred miles of hostile territory to reach the colony where the girl he loves lives and profess his affections.
