Hot Fuzz (2007)

Nicholas Angel is a police officer at his mental, physical, and emotional peak— and it's making the rest of the force look bad. So Nicholas is sent to the sleep town of Sandford where he can be quietly forgotten by London police. Angel has trouble adapting to the new environment, in no small part because he's been assigned Danny — the incompetent and lazy son of the local police chief — as his partner. But when a series of deaths lead Nicholas to suspect prominent members of the community, he'll be forced to either go it alone or convince Nicholas of the truth.
