Halloween (2018)

It's been 40 years since Michael Myers escaped his psychiatric confinement and went on a murder spree in Haddonfield, Illinois. Laurie Strode, the only survivor from that night, has spent those decades waiting for his return. Michael makes his second escape during a prison transfer, and once again, he roams the streets of Haddonfield, murdering its hapless residents. However, this time Michael has a specific goal. Just as Laurie always expected, he is coming back for her, but now, she also has a daughter and a granddaughter to protect.
