Citizen Kane (1941)

A newspaper baron dies, and one of the reporters from the newsroom decides to investigate his past. Flashbacks show a life filled with drama and heartbreak as well as many joys and triumphs. As the reporter gets deeper into the mystery, he can't seem to focus on anything else. In the end, the reporter learns what Kane meant from the last word that he said when he died.
