Carrie (1976)

Carrie White is a teenage girl who is bullied by her peers at school and abused by her mother. She also has psychic powers, which her mother believes are evil. When a prank at school goes wrong, one of her tormentors, Sue, is determined to make it up to her. However, just as Carrie starts to believe she can enjoy a few happy moments of normal teenage life, another cruel trick pushes her over the edge.
