Cabin Fever (2016)

Jeff, Bert, Karen, Marcy, and Paul celebrate spring break at a remote cabin. Bert accidentally shoots a disfigured hermit while shooting squirrels. At a campfire that night, the hermit arrives seeking help from the group. They barricade themselves inside the cabin until Bert accidentally lights him on fire. The blazing hermit runs off into the woods. In the morning, Jeff and Bert attempt to alert the authorities. A sheriff sends for a tow truck, and the trip continues on. They soon discover Karen has been infected with some sort of skin disease. After she's isolated, the group starts to discover that something might be spreading in the woods.
