After a bust went bad, Alex Foley finds himself back in Beverly Hills. Once in Beverly Hills, Axel meets up with Billy, Serge, and Jon to track down a dangerous gang, which is hanging out at a popular theme park. Now Axel and his friends must work together to convince local police what is going on and getting their help to crack the case.
