A Quiet Place Part II (2021)

Evelyn Abbott travels with her daughter Regan, son Marcus, and newborn son. Noise-sensitive creatures from another planet inhabit the earth. The slightest sound alerts the monsters to prey, which they then mercilessly attack. However, Regan previously discovered a way to transmit a signal from her cochlear implant to incapacitate the aliens. They can be killed in this state of weakness. They enter an abandoned factory area, and Marcus injures his leg in a bear trap. The group encounters Emmett soon after, a friend of Evelyn's deceased husband. On a radio, they hear a song hinting at a safe island nearby. Regan believes she can stop the monsters by transmitting her implant's signal through the nearby radio tower as well.
