A pair of cop killers are on the loose somewhere in New York City. Tasked to find them and bring them to justice is a frustrated NYPD detective who has just unpacked a huge, wide ranging conspiracy whose implications he has yet to fully understand. As the evening unravels, doubts arise and clarity dissolves as he isn’t exactly sure who he’s chasing and who is chasing him.
